Shipping Rates are calculated during the checkout process using and API with Australia post. If you experience any issues with the shipping calculate please contact us.
Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control such as weather conditions and carrier delays.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
